• If Mihai is not around, feel free to increase some limits on Plesk where there is a reason as Shahid mentioned. But at the same time, add a ticket for it, tell what was the issue, what limit was changed, from what value to what value, and assign it to Mihai. So no one can increase limits without letting Mica, Romi or Mario know and without creating a ticket. 
• if it’s Plesk-ohio-8 – and it’s down, reboots are approved
• if it’s client-server and one site is not working but the others are, no reboots are approved
• if it’s client-server and all the sites are down, one reboot is fine, but for client-server with all sites down, ping Mihai as a red-alert, give him half an hour before trying to reboot
• for the value increasing, each time go max double before trying again.

eg. if there’s a 128MB limit, you are allowed to raise to 256MB limit – test it again

256 to 512 – test it again

etc until you have satisfactory results

for seconds go in 30 increments or less,

eg: 15s to 30s

30s to preferably 45s but is fine 60 also
