fresh: new wordpress install

If it’s not a fresh install:

1. We host the site
   • provide the site URL
2. We don’t host the site
   • provide ssh access to the server where the source is hosted.
   • if no ssh can be provided:
     • request FTP
     • or cPanel access
   • always: wp-admin credentials with Administrator role
